About the Role: Join Window World of Rhode Island as a Production
Manager and lead our dedicated team in delivering top-quality
window, door, siding, and roofing solutions. This is an exciting
opportunity to drive production efficiency and ensure customer
satisfaction while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily production operations to ensure
timely delivery of products. Manage and train installation staff,
fostering a collaborative team environment. Implement quality
control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely material
availability. Analyze production metrics and develop strategies for
continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety regulations
and company policies. Oversee production schedules and allocate
resources effectively. Communicate with team regarding production
status and challenges. Requirements: Proven experience in
installation and warehouse management in the home improvement
industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and
develop a team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving
abilities. Knowledge of installation processes and quality control
standards. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices
in production. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. High school
diploma or equivalent; degree in management or related field
