detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, ranging
from intricate bench assembly to larger-scale production projects.
You will play a critical role in ensuring our products are built to
high standards while maintaining the flexibility to support
warehouse operations when needed to keep production moving

Assembly: Perform a variety of tasks ranging from detailed bench
work to larger assembly projects. Production Alignment: Work
efficiently with orders linked to specific production schedules to
ensure timely completion. Technical Interpretation: Read and follow
technical guidelines to ensure all components are assembled to
specification. Operational Flexibility: Transition seamlessly
between assembly tasks and warehouse duties (WH) as business needs
shift. Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of accuracy and
craftsmanship across all assembled components. Skills &
Qualifications Experience: Familiarity with component assembly is
required. Technical Skills: Blue print experience of some type is
preferred . Process Knowledge: Familiarity with how orders are
linked to production orders and workflows. Physical & Adaptable:
Comfortable performing both stationary bench work and more active,
large-scale assembly; must be flexible to assist in the warehouse
as needed. Detail Oriented: Ability to maintain precision in a
fast-paced manufacturing environment. Compensation & Benefits:
