General Laborers for Metalwork manufacturer in Winsted, CT!
Pay:$17.00/hour 20% shift differential ($20.40/hour on 2nd shift)
Schedule: Training:1st shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM) Permanent Role:2nd
shift (2:00 PM 10:00 PM) starting April 1 Youll be supporting
molding, floor production, and eventually furnace operations
(training provided). This is aphysically demanding, hands-on jobin
a fast-paced foundry environment. If youre dependable, take
direction well, and want to work with a close-knit team, this could
be a great opportunity for you! Foundry / General Laborer
Requirements: MUST speak Spanish (the entire team communicates in
Spanish) MUST agree to work 2nd shift starting April 1 Ability to
follow directions closely and stay alert Comfortable working in a
high-risk industrial environment Able to handle heavy, physical
work and be on your feet all day Basic warehouse or manufacturing
experience is helpful Training is provided! Foundry / General
Laborer Work Environment Foundry setting: dirty, loud, and not
temperature-controlled Physical labor around molten metal
