Customer Experience and Content Marketer

Are you someone who wants to create a remarkable experience for each customer? Are you fascinated by every buyer persona? Do you have professional experience planning, executing, and monitoring content marketing campaigns? Are you an experienced marketer with a knack for getting the right emails into the right email boxes at the right time? And finally, are you a data driven guru who can analyze customer behavior information and use it to make business decisions?

We are looking for an amazing team player who can be the "voice of the customer" to enhance and understand our customers' experience. As a member of our team you will get to do the following:

  • Lead the customer experience program by implementing a CX model
  • Align customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives, new programs, and new offerings
  • Pinpoint gaps and opportunities to enhance our customer experience
  • Produce marketing copy for web pages, blog posts, social media, digital advertising, print marketing materials, and other correspondence
  • Collaborate with external designers, copywriters, external influencers and industry experts to help meet the needs of our audience
  • Design, implement, and orchestrate digital content strategies across all online platforms


  • Bachelors (BA/BS) degree in marketing or communications and 5+ years of experience working in B2B marketing and/or Customer Experience.
  • Impeccable writing skills, excellent organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization. This position requires exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven and visible marketing veteran, with experience creating content for the web across several disciplines (text, design, video, etc.) and media (blogging, guides, whitepapers, research, infographics, podcasts, etc.)
  • Understanding of marketing strategies including inbound marketing, digital advertising, and search engine optimization.
  • A dual-minded approach: Highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CX and CRM software, such as Qualtrics CustomerXM and Hubspot, Adobe Design Suite, Google Analytics and other relevant marketing tools.
