Job Description

BUSINESS OVERVIEW

The Infusion Delivery business platform is accountable for the product portfolio at the intersection of MMS and MDS business units, providing users with a range of dedicated consumables used to deliver various infusion therapies through infusion pumps. As such, the platform operates in close collaboration with other MMS and MDS platforms, regions, and functions to optimize product and system performance, quality and patient safety and to deliver best possible experience to our customers.

MAIN ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acts as a steward for the assigned portfolio, developing and executing product lifecycle management strategies inclusive of product roadmaps, portfolio rationalization and other activities in alignment with instrument platform and regional marketing teams
• Develops deep clinical, market and product insights through primary and secondary research and translates insights into actionable guidance to focus our marketing and product development activities
• Servs as marketing core team member on various product development, ensuring customer needs and regional input are at the forefront and executing relevant product, commercial, organizational and market readiness activities to support successful product launches
• Communicates routinely and proactively to the Leadership Team and other business/project governance bodies on progress and potential issues with portfolio projects, identifying acceleration and risk mitigation opportunities

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Technical Discipline; MBA highly preferred
• 3-5 years' experience in a marketing, strategy, product management or related discipline within healthcare, medical device and/or related industry
• Experience in the fields of market research and evidence generation will be considered as a plus
• Prior experience in Infusion would be a plus
• Fluency in English, add languages will be considered as plus and high computer literacy (MS Excel etc)

LOCATION

• Candidate expected to be based in US (Preferably in San Diego)
