Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for managing
outpatient staff and operations of the Warwick, RI outpatient
clinic. Provides direct, primary alcohol and drug counseling to
persons with primary diagnosis of alcohol/drug addiction and
provides clinical supervision to direct report
Masters in Psychology or related field. Independent License (LICSW,
LMHC, LADC I), CAC/CADAC, and CPR.
must have good interpersonal, administrative and clinical skills
including oral and written communication, analytical, assessment
and facilitation skills.
requirements include a minimum of 4 years' experience in human
services with a minimum of 2 years in substance abuse treatment.
Previous supervisory experience. Experience working with managed
care companies and referral sources required.
All positions require a TST, MMR
Titer, the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
(including THC), and satisfactory criminal background records
