Reports to the Ambulatory Clinical Manager and/or Practice
Manager or other assigned Supervisory personnel and under

High School graduate or equivalent required.
Able to read write and speak English.
Basic Life Support Certification required.
Completion of a medical assistant certification preferred.
Graduate of a formal medical assistant training program or a
minimum of 3 years of medical assistant experience required.
Exceptions to the above requirements may be considered for
who do not have formal medical assistant training but have at
years of related experience in a comparable role such as LPN
EMT paramedic etc.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Healthcare environment such as acute care hospitals
physicians offices and ancillary healthcare enterprises. Works
equipment and has direct patient contact. Any potential hazards
by adherence to established safety procedures and precautions

Walks and stands intermittently throughout the day. May be
