Responsibilities:

We are seeking candidates for the following positions:

• Nursing: Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) & Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Temporary Nursing Aides (TNAs - no certification required!) 
• Dining: Cooks, Dining Service Associates, Supervisor of Dining Services 
• Housekeeping: Housekeepers
• Activities-Leader

Qualifications:

Qualifications (varies for each role):

• CNAs: Registration in the State Nurse Aide Registry is required. Active on the State Nursing Aide Registry with no findings or convictions of resident abuse, mistreatment or misappropriation of property.
• LPNs: Credentials as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a current state license required.
• RNs: Credentials as a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a current State license required.
• Houseeping: 18 yrs of age; prior housekeeping experience preferred
• Dining Roles: prior experience is always preferred, and experience inside of a healthcare facility is an added bonus; For Dining Service Associates, we will consider a newbie to the workforce! 
• Activities Leader-Ability to inspire and motivate others, create a warm and accepting climate for residents and be able to adapt and modify activities to meet their needs required.

 

Elderwood expects all current and new employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. If hired, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination. Employees may request a medical exemption from vaccination.
