Eli's Sous Chef
Award Winning, Bistro style Restaurant on the beautiful island of
Block Island (fifteen miles offthe coast of Rhode Island) seeks
Sous Chef or experienced line cook to wanting to grow with afrom
scratch restaurant that specializes in contemporary American
Regional cuisine (withinternational influences) and fresh seafood.
Eli's is known near and afar for its creative locallydesigned menu,
intimate atmosphere, fun staff and great food.The Chef's emphasis
is on freshness, quality, and creativity. We are looking for
individuals whoare relaxed and not afraid work, express their own
ideas based on their own background andexperiences and work with
the Executive Chef to develop them into a unique creation.Housing
is available for qualified candidates. (A female, minority owned
