Calling customers to advise them about service changes or delivery times. Coordinate with service team about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed. Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services require Check on progress of repairs throughout the day. Handle telephone inquiries regarding inbound work and work in process. Review repair orders to ensure that work is completed.Background Knowledge & Competencies: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required Minimum three (3) years of experience working in an auto/truck dealership setting, truck dealership desired Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to establish rapport and build relationships with customers Must have strong written and verbal skills Must demonstrate sufficient computer literacy with Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook) Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment with limited supervision Previous Service Advisor, Service Manager, or comparable experience desired Allegiance Trucks is committed to equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
