Job Description:
Candidates for the Talent Coordinator job must live within 30
miles of Warwick, RI to be considered for this role.The purpose of
the Talent Coordinator for OrthoRI is to be integral in all
recruiting functions, and provide a high-level candidate and
patient experience, administrative support, and delivering
operational excellence to the OrthoRI team. The Talent Coordinator
serves at the forefront of OrthoRI's candidate experience and
supports the employee lifecycle through onboarding.Talent
Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited
to:Collaborates with the hiring managers to assist with recruitment
efforts for hard-to-fill roles including; assessing candidate
information, review resumes, prescreen candidates and coordinate
interviewsPerforms full-cycle recruitment activities for all
applicable entities including; posting, sourcing, creating job
offer, and conducting the required pre-employment
screeningsProviding a prompt and excellent candidate experience to
each candidate interacted withBuilds applicant sources by
researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment
agencies, recruiters, and internet sites; providing organization
information, opportunities, and benefits; maintaining
rapportConduct interviews over the phone, in-person or
virtuallyConduct reference checks for all prospective
hiresScheduling orientationsPreparing and sending offer letters and
onboarding documents to hired candidatesProviding a smooth
transition between recruitment and onboardingCommunicating with all
hiring managers on the status of open positionsManage and update
all job posting databasesUtilizing job posting databases to run
searches for potential candidatesOrganize the employee referral
process including managing bonus requestsPrepare and distribute
reporting on recruitment and new hire metricsOrganize and attend
job fairs and recruiting eventsAssist in new hire orientations when
necessaryCompliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulationsAssisting fellow
HR team members as neededOther duties may be assigned as
necessaryTalent Coordinator Experience Requested:2 years of work in
a Recruitment role and/or Human Resources roleTalent Coordinator
