Job Description:

Train team members, as needed, according to company training guidelines and management direction.
Communicate staffing and employee performance concerns to leadership.
Participate in team work assignments and encourage greater team effort and harmony.
Monitor productivity and provide real-time feedback; report any challenges as needed.
Ensure each Stock-Keeping Unit (SKU) item is cubed and has an accurate dimension in Cubiscan.
Inspect and verify the operational process to maximize the use of the conveyor; ensure efficient use of the team, staging standards are maintained, as well as maximize productivity and accuracy.
Coordinate with Receiving and Area leadership to ensure a steady flow of goods and production. -
Receive license plate numbers at Print and Apply locations prior to induction.
Set up Print and Apply equipment for daily operation as well as validate and ensure adequate supplies are maintained, such as labels and ribbons. Be comfortable operating a Programmable Logic Controller.
Conduct daily review of equipment and communicate any concerns or issues as necessary; coordinate with maintenance directly for resolution.
Assemble team members and communicate production expectations and goals for each run.
Align team to unload product, stage, and remove pallets as well as shrink wrap from the work area.
Adjust equipment as needed based on box height and standard operating procedure guidelines. -
Monitor throughput and conveyor performance; coordinate any concerns with mezzanine and shipping staff. -
Responsible for resolving any label issues for cases diverted into JackPot lanes.
Monitor and ensure that the correct label information is placed by Print and Apply equipment.
Communicate any corrections or exceptions needed to the internal cell team and leadership.
Monitor and control the machine performance and settings for each production run.
Review reporting to validate that all SKUs are accounted for and scanned properly.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, keeping the area clear of debris and dunnage.
Complete all necessary records, reports, and logs in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure the optimal utilization of space.
Maintain clean up reports to ensure waves are closed correctly.
Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety in accordance with OSHA and other appropriate regulatory standards.

The DC warehouse environment is characterized by temperature extremes, noise, movement of conveyors and equipment, and other conditions associated with the operation of a high volume distribution center.
Responsible for physical activities including, but not limited to, using equipment, positioning self to properly complete tasks, ascending and descending to heights of twenty (20) feet or more safely and without limitation as well as moving and transporting merchandise on a frequent basis. -
Should be able to lift and move fifty (50) lbs of material on a regular basis. -
Should be able to bend, lift, stretch, and reach both below the waist and above the head.
Works primarily in a DC environment. Must be able to remain stationary or continually move for up to 10 - 12 hours per day.
