Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Team Lead in the fintech sector,
fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the long-term vision for leveraging data to drive growth and
efficiency
Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data
accuracy and security
Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures
and reporting tools
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years experience leading teams in data and
implementation environments
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer
Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
Previous experience in the online payments industry is highly
appreciated
Experience with Business Intelligence software and statistical
coding packages is required
Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus
