CME looking to add a talented and highly motivated Power BI Specialist to join our growing organization. As Power BI Specialist for CME you will be responsible for designing and delivering solutions, enhancements, and projects on the Microsoft Power BI platform, carrying out assessments/analysis, proposing designs and implementing solutions for various business requirements. This position has the potential to be a hybrid remote role. It is based out of Warwick, RI and will report to the Controller.

Job Responsibilities

• Creates reports, visualizations, dashboards, and metrics using Power-BI and other tools that provide business insight and aid business decision-making
• This position regularly collaborates with cross-functional partners across the enterprise (e.g., Sales, IT, Finance, Operations), acting as liaisons between the business and technology to ensure solutions and their dependencies are being addressed holistically
• Ability to leverage experience with data and analytics to gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy solutions that provide visibility, save time, and continually improve upon our collective processes.
• Handle incidents, problems, requests, and changes for the applications developed in Power BI and other solutions
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to better understand valuable objectives and KPIs and to design relevant reports and dashboards
• Monitor Power BI resources to ensure all reports are set-up correctly to refresh data at aligned intervals in the production environment
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by management
  Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Power BI platform administration activities
  • Experience building report applications sourced from an ERP, Data Warehouse
  • Experience with DAX is required
  • Experience with SSAS is ideal
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Data Loader, Embedded Power BI Solutions, and/or MS Power Apps is a plus
