** ONSITE POSITION (4-5 days/week) **Job Description:As a member of the Digital Workplace Experience team (DWX), the Technical Analyst will interact with users in the client's Rhode Island location, cross functional areas, and managed service partners supporting the client's tool sets. The Technical Analyst will provide technical oversight of technologies that support the client's Rhode Island manufacturing business. Will manage customer expectations, perform the hands-on technical content development work on their own and work with functional areas and provides "fit-for-purpose" technology solutions.The Technical Analyst will report to the local IT Site Lead and is expected to work onsite in Rhode Island office. He/she will be responsible for identifying business needs to align with IS strategies and translate those into technical requirements to successfully deliver solutions through IS and represent the DWX and other IT technologies. Also, he/she will be expected to provide hands on support and training as needed in a variety of technologies and devices.We expect this resource to be a cross-functional disciplinary technology professional who understands how to deliver services that span both infrastructure and applications within a manufacturing environment.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support End User Services in the Rhode Island location by providing escalation management for issues and ensuring these are dealt with according to DWX governance model
  • Interact with the client's Information Security, Identity and Access Management, Records, and Information Management teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized to protect the client's information
  • Ensure local requirements are articulated to global delivery teams, be involved in testing and roll-out of services
  • Collaborate with run Managed Service Providers to ensure SLAs are being achieved for services
  • Coordinate Incident Management activities for issues impacting End User services in the Rhode Island location
  • Engage the business to understand their business requirements and current processes and helping find ways to improve processes using Services within the Workplace Services portfolio
  • Work closely with Operations/Run team to troubleshoot problems, assist in deployment activities
  • Support manufacturing non-standard device needs such as Zebra printers, RF scanners, contact tracing tags, shared mobile phones & tablets etc.Technology Experience Desired:
    • 5+ years of Information Systems experience
    • Hands on experience with Windows, MacOS, iOS, Office 365, SharePoint Online, Box, Webex, MS Teams, and other Cloud Enterprise SolutionsPreferred Qualifications:
      • Strong background delivering emerging technologies, mitigating risk, and delivering innovation
      • Proven ability to move products from Demo and Proof of Concept to Pilot and Production quickly
      • Ability to translate strategic opportunities and emerging technology into tangible pragmatic executable plans
      • Strong time and task management skills to estimate and successfully meet project timeline with ability to bring consistency and quality assurance across various projects
      • Ability to learn new technologies and deliver high quality in a high pressure, fast paced environment
      • Experience working in Manufacturing & GxP environment is a big plus
      • Excellent documentation and writing skills to ensure compliance with policy
      • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
