We are looking for two individuals with great attention to detail to join our team as assembly operators. This opportunity will take place on a manufacturing assembly line where operators must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds. This position offers a starting pay of $16/hour. • Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm. Perks & Benefits: Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options, Sign on Bonus (Restrictions Apply), Casual Dress Code, Other on the spot perks. Shifts: 1st Shift. Employment Types: Full Time, Temp to Hire. Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour Duties:
  • Reviews shop operations packets, bill-of-material, and engineering drawing
  • Ensures incoming material is correct quantity/quality/part number for manufacturing
  • Selects parts, tools, and equipment required for quality assembly of complex components
  • Follows Specification of inspections as noted
  • Utilizes properly calibrated precision measuring instruments
  • Packages completed components for shipment to customer. Position Requirements:
    • High School graduate or equivalent.
    • Ability to read and write, in order to comply with written instructions and complete job-related paperwork.
    • 1-2 years of previous experience performing complex assembly operations preferred
    • Lift 30 pounds or heavier
    • Produce 20-25 units/day Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED. Industry: Manufacturing.The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $16.00 - $16.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
