members in identifying the parameters of a viable solution.* Leads
the team in identifying, distributing and balancing workload and
tasks among employees in accordance with established work flow,
skill level and/or occupational specialization; making adjustments
to accomplish the workload in accordance with established
priorities to ensure timely accomplishment of assigned team tasks;
achieving desired results; and ensuring that each employee has an
integral role in developing the final team product.* Trains or
arranges for the training of team members in methods and techniques
of team building and working in teams to accomplish tasks or
projects, and provide or arrange for specific administrative or

04/12/2024.QualificationsYou must meet the following requirements
by the closing date of this announcement:SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
GS-14-To be eligible for this position, you must have at least one
year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level
in the Federal Government. To be qualifying, your experience must
be sufficient to demonstrate knowledge of a wide range of
analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, qualitative and
quantitative; sufficient to accomplish complex projects or studies
broad in scope and magnitude. You must also have a knowledge of a
full range of Federal laws, policies, regulations, and precedents
applicable to the segment(s) of the Service's program affected by
the assigned project or study; Knowledge of the overall mission,
objectives, functions, policies, and organizational structure of
the Internal Revenue Service; Knowledge of management principles
and processes to perform project management duties and to
effectively coordinate and integrate project objectives and
recommendations; Ability to work effectively with others and to
maintain harmonious relationships with all parties, and the ability
to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.ANDMEET TIME
IN GRADE (TIG) REQUIREMENT: You must meet applicable TIG
requirements to be considered eligible. To meet TIG for positions
above the GS-05 grade level, you must have served at least one year
(52 weeks) at the next lower grade (or equivalent) in the normal
line of progression for the position you are applying to.
Advancement to positions up to GS-05 is permitted if the position
to be filled is no more than two grades above the lowest grade held
within the preceding 52 weeks.ANDTIME AFTER COMPETITIVE
APPOINTMENT: By the closing date (or if this is an open continuous
announcement, by the cut-off date) specified in this job
announcement, current civilian employees must have completed at
least 90 days of federal civilian service since their latest
non-temporary appointment from a competitive referral certificate,
known as time after competitive appointment. For this requirement,
a competitive appointment is one where you applied to and were

experience is not required. The experience may have been gained in
the public sector, private sector or Volunteer Service. One year of

universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show
proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least
