Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

The ideal candidate loves interacting with our customers, internal departments and field sales reps proactively assisting with the management of the orders including solving any kind of delays or other issues.

Responsibilities
Communicate via phone, email and zoom
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about multiple product lines, pricing and policies
Review and process orders & track fulfillment of them through each stage of the ordering process
Accurate data entry in various platforms; Sage 100, Orderall, Excel

Qualifications
At least 2 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Proven track record in a fast-paced customer service department
Intermediate user of Excel and Outlook
Great attention to detail
Strong time management
A team player who enjoys collaborating, but thrives as well working independently
