Resolves outstanding issues in a timely manner.* Provides management with information on assigned customer visits, prospective customer visits, and other relevant data points.* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.* Acts as a public relations liaison for the dealership.* Maintains professional appearance.* Other duties assigned by manager.*QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: ** Prior experience and success selling heavy truck parts in a highly competitive market.* History of growing sales to current customers and cultivating new business* Working knowledge of truck components and systems* Ability to locate and provide alternative solutions for customers when needed* Excellent Time Management and Organizational skills* Ability to work independently and deal with people.* Valid Driver's license required.* Product Knowledge, Vendor Relationships, Channel Management, Reporting Skills,Product Management.* Meeting Sales Goals, Sales Planning, Negotiation, Understanding the Customer, Emphasizing Excellence* Excellent analytical and communication skills.* Ability to use various computer software in a Windows environment.*Allegiance Trucks is committed to equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
