Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year (salary commission

If You’re a Proven Door-to-Door Sales Leader Rhino-Back Roofing is
seeking a hands-on Field Marketing Manager to lead and scale our
door-to-door canvassing teams across current and emerging
territories. These teams are the engine of our business—responsible
for filling our salespeople’s calendars with qualified
appointments. We are only hiring leaders with a successful
background in door-to-door sales and a proven track record of high
performance. If you haven’t personally thrived in a D2D environment

can lead from the front, optimize territory deployment, and inspire
their teams to achieve elite-level results. What You’ll Do: - Lead,
Manage, and Hold Accountable (LMA): Set the tone, coach Field
Marketing Representatives and sustain a culture of ownership and
high performance on our existing residential roofing door to door
lead generation teams. - Player-Coach Role: Lead by example by
actively knocking doors, generating leads, and maintaining personal
production alongside team leadership. - Territory Management: Use
tools like Spotio, SF Maps, and Hail Trace to deploy existing teams
based on real-time opportunity. - Performance Oversight: Monitor
KPIs (doors, sets, conversion rates), run team huddles, and manage
to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals. - Quality Control:
Ensure lead handoffs are clean, appointments are solid, and data is
tracked to continuously improve. - Training & Meetings: Run weekly
Field Marketing meetings and equip those managers to lead daily
trainings and pitch practice to sharpen team selling skills and
results. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales,
Production, and Marketing to align goals, and fill the sales
calendars with quality appointments - Recruiting & Onboarding:
Partner with internal recruiters to find top canvassers, train
them, and support their first 30–90 days in-market. What You Bring:
- Proven experience managing door-to-door canvassing teams - Track
record of high-level sales team leadership - Strong logistical mind
with the ability to manage territories, tools, and field systems -
Comfort with KPIs, CRM tools, and appointment pipeline tracking -
Strong communicator who leads by example and develops leaders
around them - Must be coachable, energetic, and ready to build
something big - Must have previous experience as top producing
