We're looking for a Service Drive Acquisition Specialist to work directly with customers visiting our service department. Your role is to identify vehicles we want to buy, introduce upgrade opportunities, and connect customers with our sales team-no cold calling, no desk work, and no pressure. If you're personable, confident, and enjoy talking with people, this is a great opportunity to build a career in automotive sales without starting on the showroom floor. What You'll Do: ? Engage service customers in friendly, low-pressure conversations ? Identify vehicles we're actively looking to purchase or trade ? Educate customers on their vehicle's value and upgrade options ? Set appointments and hand off warm opportunities to the sales team ? Work closely with Service Advisors and Management ? Track customer interactions in our CRM What We're Looking For: ? Strong communication and people skills ? Positive attitude and professional appearance ? Comfortable starting conversations with customers ?
