Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions. Prospect and generate leads through networking and digital outreach. Build strong relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Present and demonstrate products/services tailored to client needs. Meet sales targets consistently. Track sales and service activities and report on performance metrics weekly. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness of our team within the community. Detail driven and accurate work to ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications: Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to work across multiple platforms and experience with using CRM tools.
