agency that is looking for an experienced BCBA to join our dynamic
team of committed and dedicated professionals. We service children
with ASD and other developmental disabilities in-home and in

uses a collaborative therapeutic model to change the lives of
children with autism for the better! A BCBA holds an esteemed
position in the care of our clients. Part-time and full-time

certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience
Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (such as
Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.) Expectations: Implement data
collections systems that work for you and your families Organize,
review, and maintain data collection for program development on
Central Reach (training available if needed) Develop behavior plans
and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional
skills to children of various ages and skill sets Direct and
supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians Work collaboratively
and effectively with clinicians, office staff, families and
directors Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of
programs and adjust as necessary
