Document care in a daily log (health, wellbeing, and activities) Caregiver Requirements & Preferences High School diploma or GED required Valid Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and a reliable vehicle Open availability strongly preferred Must be able to pass a criminal background check Experience is a plus (not always required): PCA (Personal Care Aide) LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) Caregiver, companion, or similar roles Why Work at Extended Family Home Care?
