minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. Located in Grafton, MA, this Intensive Special
Education Teacher position offers a contract opportunity through
June 2026 to support grade levels 36 in a substantially separate
classroom. The role focuses on working with students with severe
disabilities and complex medical needs within a K-12 school
environment. Position Overview The Intensive Special Education
Teacher will provide individualized instruction to a small caseload
of 8 students with significant disabilities including physical
impairments, seizure disorders, visual impairments, and
intellectual disabilities. This role demands expertise in severe
disabilities and the ability to design instruction aligned with
individualized education program (IEP) goals while collaborating
closely with support staff. Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored
instruction based on IEP goals and student needs Support students
with complex medical and physical challenges in partnership with
classroom aides and medical professionals Collect and analyze
progress data while ensuring IEP compliance Collaborate with
paraprofessionals and related service providers to optimize student
support Qualifications Massachusetts DESE Special Education license
required Preference for candidates with Severe Disabilities (PreK8)
certification Experience working with students who have significant
medical and physical impairments Schedule and Support Monday
through Friday, 8:10 AM to 3:05 PM Classroom support provided by
paraeducators, RBTs, CNAs, or LPNs This position offers a
